Three things happen, and only one of them is fast.

Column two is what the published work used. Column three is what this label prints. They are two different facts and nothing here says the bottle delivers a trial dose.
Bacopa is the name on this panel with the most behind it, and it is the one to weigh first. The six trials Pase 2012 pooled all used 300 to 450 mg a day of a standardised extract for twelve weeks. This serving prints 200 mg, and the panel does not carry a bacoside standardisation, so the two figures are not strictly comparable in any case.
It is also fair to say that 300 mg is not a guarantee of anything. A 2025 trial at exactly that dose, in 101 adults with self-reported memory and attention complaints, found no between-group difference in verbal learning, attention or working memory over twelve weeks.
The largest amount on the label has the least to do with memory. Branched chain amino acids are 540 mg of a 1,030 mg serving, and their literature is about muscle and exercise at 10 to 14 g a day. The one systematic review of BCAAs and cognitive function found eight studies in total, five of which showed no change. NIH ODS puts the mental claim and its own caveat in the same sentence: they “might delay feelings of fatigue or help maintain mental focus … but this effect has not been well studied”.
The two amounts that land where the research does are L-theanine and, for what it is studied for, rhodiola. 100 mg of L-theanine is the dose at which the crossover study saw simple reaction time improve; the stress and anxiety work uses 200 to 400 mg. Rhodiola’s fatigue trials run 400 mg and up, so 100 mg here is a quarter of that.
One more thing about the rhodiola row. Salidroside occurs in several Rhodiola species; rosavin is the marker that tells R. rosea apart from them, and Booker 2016 found roughly a fifth of products claiming R. rosea carried no rosavin at all. A 3% salidroside figure is a real standardisation; it is not a species check.
